Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have [30] calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

· Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
· In its original packaging.
· Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

· Gift cards
· Personal care items (e.g., makeup, skincare, earrings)
· Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

3. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

· Note: Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

· The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you.

· If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within [5-10] business days.
· You will receive the refund for the value of the item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 

6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [brandbazzarr@gmail.com] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping and will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.
